For dinner, a highlight of your stay, we continue the legacy of Ron Lusker, our chef of 30 years, through the cooking of Edwin Pubil, who offers seasonally inspired dishes from the freshest produce of the farm, and savory meat and fish entrees.
After dinner, your enjoyment continues at Ron’s Shoeshine Bar. We feature wines, and award-winning local brews, spirits and iconic “Pink Lady”.
